Popa Paradise Beach Resort, Buena Vista (Popa Island)

I had a truly wonderful experience at Popa Paradise Resort, which is just a short boat ride from Bocas Town but feels like a world away. The natural beauty and tranquility of the location provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The rooms were beautifully furnished and offered great views. The service was exceptionally attentive, and the dining options were fantastic, with fresh caught seafood and delicious meals. The only downside was that I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything at a slower pace.

This resort is a true paradise, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The casitas are clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and private setting just steps from the beach. The array of activities available, from kayaking to snorkeling, allows for an adventurous stay. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues during our visit. Overall, it's an exceptional getaway that's well worth the price.

I had an amazing and peaceful getaway at Popa Paradise, where I truly felt disconnected from the world. The location is truly a slice of paradise, accessible only by boat, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations, especially with the fantastic continental breakfast. However, I did notice some minor issues with water pressure and some bugs around the beach area.

While the island situation means you’re a bit isolated, the range of activities offered kept us engaged. However, the dining options could definitely use some improvement, especially for vegetarians. Despite a couple of hiccups with the shower and water pressure, the welcoming atmosphere and community vibe made up for it.
